Josper Grill is one of the key clients in the gastronomic world that I collaborate with regularly. In this project, I documented the visit of The Culinary Institute of America to Josper’s showroom and factory, capturing both the power of the charcoal equipment and the learning experience around live-fire cooking. The video blends training moments, behind-the-scenes access, and the excitement of the students as they discover how technology, precision, and tradition come together around the grill.
